Sunday Reflection

Readings: Isaiah 55:6–9 · Philippians 1:20c–24, 27a · Matthew 20:1–16

In "Next Up!," Miguel Dulick reflects on the parable of the workers in the vineyard, where latecomers hired at the last hour are paid the same full wage as those who worked all day. His point: none of us truly earns God's grace, so the only fitting response to it is gratitude — not resentment over what someone else receives.

Reflect: Do I feel more deserving than others, or struggle with envy?
